• Subscription data — subscription expiry date and license keys stored locally on your device in browser storage (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves your device except to verify validity with our server.
• Trial data — trial start date stored locally on your device to manage your free trial period. This is never sent to our servers.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle (our payment processor). We never store, see, or have access to your card details or payment information.
• Extension settings — all settings, triggers, messages, presets, and configurations you enter are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect, read, or store the content of your chats, messages, or listings
• We do not collect browsing history or web activity
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect any data from third-party websites you visit

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your subscription status and grant access to premium features
• To manage your license key and subscription renewal

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for any marketing or advertising purposes. Data is shared only with the following service providers, solely to operate our service:

• Paddle — our payment processor and merchant of record, to handle subscription billing
• Railway — our infrastructure hosting provider, for backend subscription verification

5. Data Storage and Security

All extension settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using the browser's built-in storage (chrome.storage.local) and never transmitted to our servers. Subscription verification requests are transmitted over HTTPS encryption. We follow industry best practices to protect your information from unauthorised access.

6. Data Retention

Subscription records are retained while your subscription is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@xipratools.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Local extension data can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing browser storage.
