These Terms of Service govern your use of Xipra Listings AI, operated by Xipra Tools ("we", "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Xipra Listings AI is a web-based AI writing tool that generates product listing descriptions from user-provided product details. Users provide their own product information and receive AI-generated text for use on their own marketplace listings.
We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you will be invited to subscribe. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be paused and you will not be charged.
You agree to use Xipra Listings AI only to generate descriptions for products you personally own and intend to sell. You must not use the service to generate descriptions for counterfeit goods, prohibited items, or in violation of any applicable law or marketplace policy.
You retain ownership of content you input. AI-generated output is provided for your personal use. Our platform, code, and branding remain the property of Xipra Tools and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI-generated descriptions will result in sales or meet every marketplace's requirements. You are responsible for reviewing descriptions before publishing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xipra Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@xipratools.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
