Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Xipra Tools, we stand behind the quality of Xipra Listings AI. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which we issue refunds.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your first subscription payment if you request it within 7 days of the initial charge date.

• The 7-day period begins from the date of your first successful payment
• Refund requests must be submitted before the 7-day period expires
• Only the initial subscription purchase is eligible — renewal charges are non-refundable
• One refund per customer per product

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@xipratools.com with:

• The email address associated with your subscription
• Your purchase date or transaction ID (if available)
• A brief reason for the refund (optional)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge date
• Subscription renewal payments
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
• Repeated refund requests (abuse of policy)

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@xipratools.com. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 7-day window, you may still request a refund by contacting our support team.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all Xipra Tools transactions. Refunds processed through Paddle may take 5–10 additional business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
