We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@xipratools.com. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 7-day window, you may still request a refund by contacting our support team.
All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all Xipra Tools transactions. Refunds processed through Paddle may take 5–10 additional business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
